A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available.
Immediate walk-in treatment available for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries as schedule permits.
CDL Exams
Physical exams are required to obtain a CDL license. Malheur Memorial Health Center is an exam location where we’ll check your vision, hearing, blood pressure & blood sugar. The exam’s purpose is to check whether a potential driver is physically capable of driving safely now and in the foreseeable future.
Lacerations
If you have an accident that causes a laceration, our nurses and providers will take a look at it to make sure it’s free of any bacteria or debris and determine if stitches are necessary.
Sports Exams
Schools typically require children have sports exams to determine whether it’s safe for you to participate in a certain sport. Call Malheur Memorial Health Center to schedule an exam.
